Classes

Community Yoga

Donation-based class for all levels. Open to the community. Pay what you can. Suggested $10. Join this accessible yoga class taught in the style of somatic gentle “flow”, and can be modified to meet the needs of those that show up.

Pain Resolution and Restore with SomaYoga

Our primary therapeutic technique, SomaYoga supports you in finding new connections to your body, mind and breath - especially after injury or illness - and really for anyone who wants to be more intentional in their movements.

Slow Flow with a Chair

Practice with foundational support! This class is designed so you do not have to do any weight-bearing postures on wrists or knees. Explore classic yoga postures, somatic movements, and flow-inspired sequences to help you feel enlivened and well-supported.

Subtle to Strong Mindful Flow

This practice blends Somatics, breathing and alignment-based Yoga asana into a into fun sequences. Connect with the innate wisdom of the subtle mind, and then play with bigger bigger expressions in the body.

Customize Your Practice

We are accessible for beginners, and those looking to customize or revisit their yoga practice with new tools. You may be interested in this for a variety of reasons, including health or mobility concerns or plateaus. Let us support you or your organization in developing a customized practice. Contact us.

Resilience Yoga

We are embedded in the local community offering Resilience Yoga programs for Stoughton seniors and youth. Not only offering live and in person classes, also offering an entire video library of free practices for anyone to try.
