This workshop will give you a framework and many techniques for working with and shifting your perspective on self-judgement. Youth Yoga for Resilience FREE
For youth and teens ages 11-16 hosted in partnership with Eyes of Hope Stoughton. Please sign up on the schedule, parent waiver required.

Restore with SomaYoga
Informed by modern pain science and ancient wisdom, this practice presents practical tools to soothe. Safe and adaptable to any body.

Tuesdays at 7:00 PM and Wednesdays 5:30 PM on the weekly schedule at the studio on Main Street in downtown Stoughton. Sign up online.
