This Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is offered as Summer Immersion “bootcamp” (23 days) or hybrid/modular style over long weekends.

Main Street Yoga Center in Madison, WI offers three specific trainings: 200-hour basic training for those who have not done any training before, 300-hour advanced training for those with a 200 hour certification, and 500-hour advanced training. Therapeutic SomaYoga Training Stoughton, WI

For anyone interested in diving deeper into the therapeutic aspects of Yoga. We have programs and practices for Yoga Teachers, as well as, programs open to the community. Ask us about our current offerings based on curriculum from the International SomaYoga Institute Yoga North Duluth. Our teachers are trained as Yoga Therapists at the 1000+ hour level, and offer a practice and learning environment that is open to all.

Continuing Education

For Registered Yoga Teachers, we offer Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits. Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) are required to complete 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits every 3 years. We have Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP) that regularly offer programs for credit. Ask about our current offerings. More information about Yoga Alliance.
