Community Resilience.

It matters. You matter. We are a community and resilient is how we are when we come together. Practicing Yoga and therapeutic techniques, we support individuals and groups on their journey of living and health.

Thanks to our community sponsors and supporters, we are able to offer these programs to our community at free and subsidized rates.

  • Youth and Teen Resilience

Youth Resilience (ages 11-16) is offered in collaboration with Stoughton Wellness Coalition and Eyes of Hope Stoughton. This FREE weekly in-person class Saturdays 11am-noon at Main Street Yoga Stoughton, 124 W. Main Street supports teens in developing a toolbox of skills for nervous system regulation and resourcing. Students are empowered to attune to their intuition by looking within to sense and feel- rather than looking outside of themselves for distraction or validation. Digital access to short-self care practices online and social media encourages independent use of tools to self-regulate.

Classes offered weekly in our community.
